The topics in the journal may be identified as the division by zero
calculus that is expanded to the whole fields of mathematical sciences.
However, the contents may also be related to our serious problems:
What is ZERO?
What is Division by Zero, in some serious sense?
The problems may be related to mathematical philosophy, long history and
our culture. Papers and essays by related physicists, computer scientists,
philosophers and others are welcomed.
Also, some simple examples and evidences of the division by zero calculus
may be published in one and two pages in the Short Notes.
DBZC is
published as an open access journal and all articles published are freely
available to scientific researchers in the Government agencies, academia,
research scholars and the general public.
Article Processing Charges: The journal publishes
articles in the Open Access Model. In this Open Access model, the publication
cost should be covered by the author's institution or research funds. These
Open Access charges replace subscription charges and allow the publishers to
give the published material away for free to all interested online visitors.
The charges for page charges in the journal is $ 30 per printed page.
Frequency of the journal: In order not to loss the valuable time and research work, we do not fix the frequency of the journal.
We publish the article online as soon as it get officially accepted for the publication in the journal.

Plagiarism: All the articles will be check through Turnitin Software before the publication of the journal.
Retractions: Retractions are considered
by journal editors in cases of evidence of unreliable data or findings,
plagiarism, duplicate publication, and unethical research. We may consider an
expression of concern notice if an article is under investigation. All retraction
notices will explain why the article was retracted. The retraction procedure
depends on the publication stage of the article.
Review Process: This
journal uses double-blind review,
which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the
reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. The articles is submitted to minimum 3 reviewers specialize on the topic for their reviews.
